**Allegro Response** is looking for a forward-thinking **Agentic AI Developer** to join our Interdepartmental Innovation Team. If you're passionate about building autonomous AI agents and shaping the future of Agentic AI, we want to hear from you. **Technical & Development: Requirements (with “Leapfrog Tech” Focus)** Core Programming Skills: - Python - AI orchestration, API work, automation scripting. - JavaScript/TypeScript - Web app and product integration. - SQL - Strong query writing and optimization; familiarity with Text-to-SQLpipelines. - Prompt Engineering - Designing, testing, and refining prompts for LLMaccuracy and reliability. **AI/Agentic Development Skills**: - Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, - Semantic Kernel, Auto-GPT, BabyAGI). - Familiarity with RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, - Weaviate). - Experience integrating LLMs from both open source (LLaMA, Mistral, - Falcon) and closed source (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere). - AWS integration a big plus (Lambda, S3, QuickSight). - REST & GraphQL API integration. - Rapid prototyping mindset: ability to test new tech in days, not months. - Product Development Skills: - Building AI solutions as SaaS-ready products. - Designing user-friendly AI interfaces for voice, chat, or dashboard delivery. - Experience packaging prototypes into demo-ready MVPs for sales teams. - Comfort working in agile, fast-moving development cycles. **Key Competencies** - **Technical**: Python, JS/TS, SQL, LangChain/LlamaIndex, API integration, vector databases, LLM tuning. Nice to have: Node.js, Speech AI, AWS SageMaker. - **Innovation**: Proven experience with cutting-edge tech and passion for AI agents. Regularly follows AI releases. - **Strategic**: Builds marketable AI products, aligns with BPO goals, works cross-functionally. Nice to have: pricing and go-to-market experience. - **Cultural**: Curious, adaptable, collaborative, fluent English. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. **Personality** - Passion for Agentic AI as a craft. - Technology scout mindset, rapid prototyping. - Clear communicator in English. - Product-focused and team player. - Responsible and quality-driven.
