Real Estate Index Management Research Intern

**Position Overview**
Role of intern is to support the real estate index management research team on index quality, methodology and publications related topics
**Scope of Responsibility**
Work on operational improvement projects, research based charting tools/analysis on real estate property and property fund indexes; Work on annual representativeness study on global market size estimations
**Specific Knowledge/Skills**
Advanced Excel, Python, R programming Skills, Data visualization techniques (power BI)

Graduation or Post Graduation Equivalent
