You will be driving consulting engagement effort with Sika global business owners for various assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to system solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal for discovery of the overall solution and guide on project processes, deliverables. As a senior in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. - What we offer you:

- You will be working in an international global team deploying rollouts together with our implementation partners to our Sika Companies
- You will be responsible for the realization of challenging SAP projects as part of our Global SAP team and will play a significant role configuring and implementing TM on S/4 HANA, Decentral TM on S/4 HANA, Embedded TM on S/4 HANA, LE-TRA on compatibility mode on S/4 HANA
- In our global TM rollouts, you will support all phases of the project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of solutions as well as documentation and end-user training
- You will customize TM solutions in collaboration with the process experts from the business team and implement these using defined methodologies (i.e. data migration, key user training, testing and golive)
- You will be engaged to review/challenge gaps and solution design documents delivered by our partners and make perceived analysis
- You will be challenging to keep out complex legacy developments and bring the functionality back to standard SAP TM best practice solutions
- You are responsible for the Business Process Analysis in cooperation with the business and provide concepts and specifications
- You will be one of the key players in developing further template warehousing solutions according to upcoming business requirements and in close alignment with SAP’s development roadmap and best-practice - integrated into Sika’s up-to-date large SAP landscape
- Duties in 2nd and 3rd level support, Change & Incident Management and you also act as helping hand for key users

**We Need Your Skills**
- More than 5 years of functional consulting experience in Embedded TM on S/4 HANA 1809, 1909, Decentralized SAP TM on S/4 HANA 1909 which includes minimum 2 full cycle end to end implementation & roll-out experience
- More than 10 years of SAP experience
- Should have done TM requirements gathering, preparation of functional specification document. Should have supported Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), executed data migration and user training in TM implementation and roll-outs
- Strong experience in configuring TM system for OTR determination condition, DTR determination condition, Freight order/booking conditions, Freight unit building rule, Selection profile such as time related geographical and additional attributes, Planning profile, VSR Optimizer settings, Carrier selection profile and tendering, Incompatibility settings, Manual planning settings, Capacity selection settings, Transfer of master data from ECC to TM such as customer, vendor, material, shipping point and plant, TM master data such as transportation lane, transportation zone, TM resource master data (vehicle, transportation unit, handling unit and schedules), Freight order and Freight booking conditions, Charge calculation (Freight agreement, calculation sheet, rate table, scales), Freight settlement document and shipment document and service entry sheet, Collaboration portal
- Technical expertise in TM ABAP - Enterprise services, BADIs, Debugging, BOPF, Classes, SPROXY
- Integration with multiple carriers
- Extensive knowledge on the Interfaces - Internal / External - including XMLs, IDocs or other data exchange methods
