You work with the RDQ team to conduct experiments and trials under the guidance of more senior team members.
**How you will contribute**
You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.

- Working in teams and independently with the guidance of more senior team members
- Proactively identifying problems and assisting in creating and implementing solutions
- Recording and reporting data and activity outcomes accurately
- Lab/plant equipment operation/maintenance experience a distinct advantage
- Food manufacturing industry experience a distinct advantage
