**About the Role**:
This position is part of international global team and will support the delivery of IT services to our supply chain area, initially in Latin America countries, Essity is located in over 45 countries worldwide, that delivers sustainable business value to Essity and our customers, by driving group wide operational efficiencies through Essity IT, Digital Transformation and Global Business Services (GBS).

Essity IT supports all Business & Global Units and is aligned to Essity’s strategic business priorities.

A **s an IT Business Analyst Sales & Distribution, you will help drive progress in the optimization and efficiency of sales and distribution processes.**

**What You Will Do**:

- Participate in regional projects related to SAP Sales & Distribution
- Drive breakdown of business requirements, by conducting workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources based on standard templates
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SD.
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or system enhancements.
- Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues.
- Ensure close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders and global IT team
- Collaborate with and coordinate external resources
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification
- Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution
- Work with the project manager, architects and developers to define metrics and performance goals for the solution.
- Arrange training and conduct end user training
- Process and take ownership of service tickets from customers mainly from business logistics.

**Who You Are**:

- You hold a university degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in IT SAP SD
- Solid understanding and experience of SAP solutions in Sales & Distribution.
- Experience in SAP Order Entry, Pricing, Discounts, Rebates, Delivery, Billing.
- Knowledge in EDI process would be a plus
- Knowledge in Electronic Invoice would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with very good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English
- Additional language(s) skills would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge in Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid project implementation methodology would be a plus.
- Ability to travel approx. 30%
- Knowledge in S4/SD would be a plus
