Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Salesforce Developer**to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet the company’s business needs and objectives
- Analyze the current systems architecture and collaborate with technical staff to recommend and implement improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges as they arise during development and integration processes
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Salesforce technologies and propose updates to enhance system functionality
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address and resolve issues related to technical implementations
- Evaluate the business impact of technical decisions and provide strategic recommendations

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including its tools and functionalities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment while meeting deadlines and adapting to changes
- Experience working in Agile development environments, including iterative planning and delivery
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher

**Nice to have**
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce integrations with external systems and third-party apps
- Experience with Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Marketing Cloud certifications
