En RCS México, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Ing. o Lic. En Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones ó a fin, con conocimientos en electricidad baja tensión Equipos de seguridad electrónica y Telecomunicaciones, temas de seguridad y medio ambiente, Señalización Ferroviaria Capacitaciones en Normas Ferroviarias, etc., para cubrir la posición de Maintenance Technician; para laborar de forma presencial en sitio en la zona metropolitana de Toluca, Edo. Méx. Con Disponibilidad para traslados frecuentes entre Cuidad de México - zona urbana de Toluca, Estado de México; así como al extranjero (España) por capacitación hasta cuatro semanas consecutivas.
En esta posición serás responsable de Realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a los equipos instalados de los subsistemas de Señalización, Telecomunicaciones, Centro de Control Operacional (CCO) y Boletaje en la línea del Tren Interurbano México Toluca, conforme los planes/programas de mantenimiento y/o reporte de incidentes, en el Tren Interurbano México - Toluca (TIMT), con las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Ejecutar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo con forme a los procedimientos técnicos de cada subsistema y conforme al plan y programa definido.
- Realizar mantenimientos correctivos a las incidencias reportadas e/o identificadas en las revisiones periódicas.
- Realizar y entregar los reportes de los mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos en tiempo, conforme a las fichas definidas, incluyendo los reportes fotográficos y evidencia al cliente de los trabajos realizados.
Principales Actividades
- Reportar al “Maintenance Supervisor” los insumos, herramientas y/o refacciones empleadas o necesarias para la atención de los mantenimientos planificados.
- Reportar problemas identificados a los supervisores y/o responsables de turno.
- Participar en los análisis causa raíz de los posibles fallos reportados, aportando información de las actividades realizadas, para la definición y aplicación de soluciones.
- Reportar las actividades realizadas en el turno y temas pendientes al Maintenance Supervisor, registrando en bitácora/registro del proyecto las actividades y pendientes del turno.
- Solicitar permisos de acceso con el Cliente, en sitio, confirmando hora de acceso con el CCO.
- Cumplir con el uso correcto de los materiales y herramientas en el proyecto.
- Realizar los formatos de equipos dañados cuando se requiera.
- Utilizar correctamente los químicos, EPP, las herramientas y materiales necesarios para la ejecución de los trabajos a realizar, evitando que se dañen los equipos por un mal uso.
- Dejar limpias y en óptimas condiciones las áreas de trabajo en las que se intervengan, sacando los residuos peligrosos de las estaciones y colocarlos en las áreas de contención asignadas.
- Cumplir con las leyes y regulaciones de seguridad laboral, cuidado del medio ambiente y procesos corporativos.
