Lead Flutter Developer

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate directly with the client team on a daily basis
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Flutter developers, fostering skill development and sharing best practices
- Establish and uphold advanced Flutter standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across projects
- Take charge of the complete feature lifecycle, spanning from initial technical ideas to production deployment
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, converting business requirements into technical solutions and actionable steps
- Identify and address potential risks or challenges in project execution, offering mitigation strategies
- Stay informed about emerging mobile development trends, tools, and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into projects
- Promote seamless integration and alignment of features across apps, addressing merge conflicts and minimizing technical debt
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain a healthy codebase

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of mobile development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on expertise in Flutter development
- Expertise in Dart, Flutter SDK, state management solutions, and associated development tools
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, SDKs, and system integrations
- Showcase of writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code focused on performance and reliability
- Advanced proficiency with version control systems like Git, including branching and collaborative workflows
- Background in solving complex problems and troubleshooting advanced technical issues while offering guidance to others
- Flexibility to accommodate evolving project requirements, client priorities, or technical demands without sacrificing momentum
- Qualifications in leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2+ level

**Nice to have**
- Background in native mobile development (iOS or Android) with capability to bridge Flutter with native functionality
- Understanding of mobile security practices and expertise in performance optimization techniques
