**Position Overview - Data Analyst**

The objective of this position is to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights by building and optimizing the analytics infrastructure. The role involves designing scalable data workflows, automating manual processes, and ensuring data quality across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Data Analyst will enable sound decision-making through robust data pipelines, maintain key operational processes during transitions, and develop data products to enhance accessibility and transparency. This position also requires strong communication skills to translate complex data concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

**Main responsibilities**

**Translating Business Needs into Scalable Data Solutions**
Collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient data workflows, translating business requirements into robust solutions within the analytics layer.

**Optimizing and Automating Operational Processes**
Maintain and enhance operational scripts and reports while automating manual workflows into scalable, analytics-engineered frameworks to ensure seamless transitions.

**Enhancing Data Quality and Infrastructure**
Drive improvements in data quality and infrastructure, implementing best practices to ensure reliability, scalability, and governance.

**Building Insightful Dashboards**
Develop and document dashboards that empower teams with actionable insights, ensuring consistency and long-term usability.

**Documenting and Improving Analytics**
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data products, workflows, and processes while driving continuous improvements in tools and the data catalog.

**Necessary skills**and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, with additional certifications in data analytics or engineering as a plus.
- Over 5 years of experience in data analytics or engineering, with advanced SQL skills and a proven ability to work with complex datasets, relational databases, and modern tools such as dbt, Snowflake, or Airflow.
- Fluent in written and verbal English, with presentation skills to effectively communicate data insights and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willing to deep dive into multiple departments and products to understand business needs and deliver impactful data solutions. Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment.
- Skilled at managing manual processes while planning and executing transitions to automated, scalable analytics frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies, ensuring data quality, and improving workflows to support strategic goals.
