Cosmetics Channel Sales Manager

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Channel Development: Identify and expand new distribution channels for the company’s products.
Key Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with major clients.
Negotiation: Lead commercial agreement and contract negotiations with clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Design and implement effective sales strategies.
Translation: Daily translation of client communications (Spanish/English).
**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in channel sales (cosmetics industry required).
Communication Skills: Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish.
Results-Driven: Strong performance orientation and ability to work under pressure.
Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in closing commercial deals.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
English Proficiency: C1. Advanced spoken and written English (mandatory)
