- **LIDER DE PROYECTOS**
**Role Summary**
Coordinación e implementación de nuevos proyectos, cumpliendo los requerimientos de APQP y lo establecido en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad siguiendo el proceso de PPAP hasta SOP.
Enlace-comunicación entre el Cliente y Gestamp para asegurar la implementación de los requerimientos en coordinación con el equipo multidisciplinario durante la fase de lanzamiento.
** Key Responsibilities**
Soporte y seguimiento a actividades derivadas de la planeación de nuevos proyectos.
- Uso de Teamcenter para administrar y llevar el control de proyectos a través de la plataforma.
- Análisis de características del producto mediante software de diseño.
- Enlace con el cliente para gestión de cambios en procesos y/o producto.
- Gestión de actividades de lanzamiento con personal asignado de corporativo.
- Determinar los recursos necesarios para que sean solicitados de forma anual en el plan de negocios.
- Seguimiento a los indicadores del departamento, realización de análisis y determinación de planes de acción (incluyendo análisis de tendencias).
- **Key Qualifications/Requirements**
Entiende las métricas de informes financieros y operacionales
- Conocimiento en proceso de ensamble (Soldadura).
- Conocimiento en proceso de estampado frio y caliente.
- Capacidad de administrar y desarrollar el presupuesto del departamento
- **Knowledge and Education**
Preferentemente licenciatura o Ingeniería
**Work Experience**
Deseable: Preferentemente 5 años de experiência en un entorno automotriz en calidad o ingeniería
