**We are searching for the best talent for Sr Planner to be in Juarez City.**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Prepares schedules and ensures timely completion of work orders for manufacturing processes.
- Analyzes product demand, sales patterns, forecasts. production specifications and plant capacity data.
- Identifies raw material and component requirements for production from engineering and production spec.
- Reviews support documents for scheduling which includes ordering route sheets, entering all requirements into the computer, and so on.
- Monitors planning modules or production planning system with current lead times, and related information.
- Establishes effective communication with various groups such as customers, sales offices, and plant production departments and monitors orders from start to finish to ensure the on time delivery of products.
- Reviews capacity loads and identifies possible manufacturing constraints. Monitors and anticipates production issues due to capacity and new product launches.
- Expedites and secures parts needed for production. Ensures timely ordering and delivery of components to support manufacturing activities. Prepares production reports.
- Analyzes month end activity to determine the need for forecast modification. Recommends revisions. Participates in new product launch meetings and assist in developing new product forecasts and production schedules.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- A minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics or engineering.
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in supply chain/operations and medical device experience
- Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Access, etc.)
- Supply chain/operations and medical device experience and work experience in a regulatory environment, knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures is required
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills are required.
- Ability to test assumptions and scenarios and weigh business risks and opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate basic competency in project management skills
- Consistently meet required training due date target be able to function independently while supporting the overall team’s goals.
- Certification in production and inventory management (CPIM) or certification in supply chain planning (CSCP) is desirable.
- Process Excellence/Six Sigma Certification, Training, and/or use of tools are preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish / English
