Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Establecer objetivos diarios, semanales y mensuales y comunicarlos al personal. - Organizar el flujo de trabajo mediante la asignación de responsabilidades y la preparación de programas de trabajo establecidos por la agenda de producción. - Supervisar y formar al personal sobre las actividades de control e producción y agenda de producción. - Verificar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad del producto y el proceso. - Coordinar la producción y los requerimientos nuevos junto con el área de planeación y envíos para asegurar no existan retrasos o reprogramaciones en los envíos. - Evaluar los indicadores claves de desempeño (KPI´s) del área de producción y de cada asociado para así poderse medir, como son entregas a tiempo y medidores de productividad. - Establecer capacitación para los asociados de nuevo ingreso en las áreas de costura, partes, tubing y empaque. - Verificar el avance de todos los colaboradores del área con el sistema MES (tablets) para mantener la eficiencia requerida, 80% mínimo y reportar las acciones a realizar para lograr mantener un nível de eficiencia optimo. - Mantener el orden y la disciplina en el área de producción. - Ayudar a resolver conflictos de índole laboral que pudieran suscitarse durante la jornada. - Mantener el TPM como parte fundamental de la operación. - Trabajar con el área de mantenimiento para mantener el buen estado mecánico de las máquinas y verificar su correcta utilización. - Elaborar reportes de producción. - Reporte de asistencia.

Experiência y requisitos

Ing. Industrial

Ms office, ERP

**Experiência en producción en el área de costura, maquinas de coser y de corte.**

**Ingles 80%**

5S, Mejora continua, TPM

Viva en Tecate o sin problema para movilizarse a la planta ubicada en Tecate
