Objective: Make engineering changes, prepare unit designs, collaborate in the development of projects, within the standards defined for the food industry, based on the capacity of the plant's production processes and the client's requirements, optimizing resources to provide quality to internal and external clients
Main activities:
Correctly interpret the input information of the design process before starting work.
Ensure that the design includes all the required elements according to established procedures.
Assist staff from other departments with questions about the technical specifications provided by Engineering.
Autonomously manage available resources to carry out work optimally.
Bring units to an optimal level of manufacturing, considering the best use of the plant's manufacturing technology.
Follow up, provide solutions and actively participate in engineering area projects.
