**Hogarth is looking for a General Accountant**:
**What **does **a** General Accountant **do at **Hogarth?**:
The General Accountant is responsible for helping in all accounting operations for the Company. Reporting to the Controller, the General Accountant will oversee all SOX compliance, helping to report the revenue P&L and reporting responsibilities, manage accounting department, and tax reporting. The General Accountant will supervise Staff Accountant in charge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and GL analysis.

**Duties**:

- Helping in monthly accounting closing of Hogarth and JV Partners.
- Monthly reporting to WPP via Cartesis, as well as financial reporting to Hogarth global, Senior Management and JV Partners.
- Helping in quarterly reporting Forecast of income, expenses, Head Count, CAPEX of Hogarth and JV Partners.
- Helping in Hogarth and JV Partners annual Budget report.
- Quarterly reporting to WPP of Client Profitability, Corporate Responsability, Net Working Capital, New Business.
- Monthly reviewing of SOX controls and SOX audit.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, government reporting, tax requirements, and WPP financial practices.
- Review and record WIP based.
- Reconcile/ oversee reconciliation of general ledger accounts monthly such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, IAS 16.
- Existence and assessment of Fixed Assets.
- Participate in integration with AX financial system.
- Primarily responsible for year end closing analysis, and annual 401K audit.
- Reviewing Transfer Pricing Study EPT.
- Ensure all stakeholders are following proper, documented processes for travel and expense processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Responsible for internal and external audits, including the Deloitte agreed upon procedures.
- Advise internal agency partners and other Hogarth offices on best practices regarding US financial management practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Accounting, Finance
- 2-3 years in accounting
- Advanced English (oral and written)
