Siemens Financial Services Commercial Finance Mexico is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Sales Intern** to support the Commercial Sales team in daily operations and client engagement activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales support, financial documentation, and customer interaction within a dynamic and regulated financial environment.

This position will be based in **Mexico City** and report to the **Lead of Sales** of the SFS Business Unit. The intern will collaborate closely with Sales Executives, Credit Analysts, Operations, and Legal Counsel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Sales team in preparing client proposals, **quotations**, and presentations.
- Assist in the development of **financial and valuation analysis.**:

- Help maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Use **advanced Excel skills** to support financial analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the correct execution of reports.
- Participate in client meetings and follow up on action items.
- ** Support the collection of legal and financial documents** to complete** credit files** of our clients.
- Review and interpret **financial statements** to support credit and sales decisions.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal sales processes and tools.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team.

**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in **Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field**.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- ** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Availability to work **onsite in Mexico City** on **Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM**.
- Interest in financial services, sales operations, and client engagement.
