**About the role**:
We're looking for a **Marketing Operations Specialist**who will own and optimize the **entire lead management process**—from first touch to conversion. This role is perfect for someone who loves **digging into data, streamlining workflows, and collaborating cross-functionally** to ensure our sales and marketing engine runs at peak performance.

**Responsibilities**:
**What You’ll Do**
- ** Lead Distribution**: Collaborate with the sales team to distribute qualified leads efficiently, ensuring alignment with expertise, territories, and business priorities.
- ** Lead Tracking and Optimization**: Continuously monitor lead progression through the sales funnel, updating statuses, tracking interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
- ** Data Analysis and Reporting**: Generate regular reports on lead performance metrics, such as lead volume, conversion rates, and speed-to-lead, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify and implement strategies to streamline lead management, including enhancing lead capture, qualification, nurturing, and handoff processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Foster strong communication and alignment between sales and marketing teams to refine lead management strategies, ensuring a seamless buyer journey.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, lead management, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
