**Main Responsibilities**:

- Editing and proofreading content, including press releases, website copy, and social media materials.
- Create and implement processes for content creation and management.
- Managing a small content team.
- Managing creative and content agencies.
- Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
- Managing company style guides and toolkits for both the master brand and global brands and campaigns.
- Brainstorm with channel owners to develop strategies and implement best practices and workflows.
- Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
- Track and report analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
- Enhance global capabilities in Digital Asset Management.

**Position Challenges**:

- Working in a complex global environment with extended Communications and Marketing networks and Channel owners.
- Understanding the building materials industry and company priorities to craft content that performs across channels.
- Adhering to tight deadlines and managing evolving priorities.
