**Job Summary**:
The Services Sales Specialist is the main interface for customers for service business and all technical matters including quality. Applies value selling to grow the service business in a profitable way-based customer understanding. Takes part of the extended key account taking operational responsibility for customer sites.
The position is based in Polanco, Mexico.
You will be travelling 50 % of your time to our customer sites
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

**What you will do**:
As Services Sales Specialist you will:

- Lead creation, implementation and follow up of sales and business strategy for account or customer site.
- Understand customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis and analysis.
- Lead opportunity management, cross selling and up selling and fact-based value proposal, negotiating and close deals
- Lead growth of profitable service contracts
- Create quality plans and participate in implementation and follow-up of targets

**We believe you have**:

- 5+ years experience in Managing Customers Relationship
- University Bachelor or equivalent in Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering
- Desired Tetra Pak Services Portfolio knowledge.
- Negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Team working and people development capabilities
- MS Office advanced proficiency
