**Misión del cargo**:
Como nuestro próximo Gerente te encargarás de la implementación de metodologías del cambio en diferentes áreas de El Puerto de Liverpool.

**Funciones del cargo**:
Forma parte de nuestra Dirección de Transformación e Innovación y mejora la experiência de diferentes áreas de EPL. Como nuestro próximo Gerente Change Management tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades a tu cargo:

- Implementar el modelo de gestión de cambio para El Puerto de Liverpool y diseño de estrategias del proyecto
- Coordinación de actividades de capacitación, comunicación y organización con los diferentes equipos y dar seguimiento a planes de trabajo con líderes de track del proyecto
- Definir y realizar mapeo y monitoreo de audiencias clave, dar seguimiento, reporte de riesgos y recomendaciones
- Moderar sesiones de equipo y dar seguimiento a la comunicación del proyecto

**Requisitos**:
Experiência en Change Management
Licenciatura concluída
Diseño de estrategias
