**Personal Requirements**:
- Indistinct sex.
- 25 and over.
- 100 % English level at all 4 levels.
**Main Objective**:Respond, manage, and close leads; manage as much as sales conversions possible.
**Final Product**:Satisfied customers who chose to move with us over better quotes, long-time competitors, and cheaper estimates.
**Critical Tasks Under the Responsibility of the Position**:
- Manage, develop, and close leads provided by inhouse department and outbound calls.
- Provide the customer an estimate that reflects and respects prices, dates and given transportation.
- Follow the step-by-step script, as well as rebuttals and calculations given in training.
**Weekly Tasks Under the Responsibility of the Position**:
- Work between 60 to 80 leads a week.
- Reach selling quota of 20k.
- Reach calling quota: 15 calls an hour; 130 calls a day; 650 a week (5 working days) or talk time quota of 12:30 (twelve and a half hour (5 working days).
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Arrange required sales documentation through the system.
- Attend mandatory weekend schedule given by Management.
- Attend weekly enhanced training given by Management.

- Computer skills: CRM management.

- Punctuality and high sense of responsibility.
- Effective communication and strong self-management.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Committed to goal-achieving metrics.
