1. Information management for compliance with HSE performance indicators.
2. Dissemination of internal policies, issues and HSE alerts to active personnel.
3. Manage the training information record of active personnel.
4. Programming and coordination of the training of active personnel in HSE matters.
5. Control of the registration of personnel in contract with each of the clients.
6. Integrate information necessary for the requirements, reports and statistics required by the client for compliance with the SSPA Annex.
7. Inspection of the company's vehicle lot for the status of physical conditions and assurance of security devices.
8. Assembly of files for the registration of personnel with the client and physical delivery of the information.
9. Verify the conditions of the emergency and first aid equipment material within the Nov facilities for replacement if replacement is required.
10. Identify unsafe conditions in the base facilities for their follow-up and solution.
11. Document and follow up on the closure of preventive and corrective actions, which are generated from internal and external inspections, as well as employee observations.
12. Promote and participate in the monthly meetings of HSE leaders.
13. Support in compliance with emergency plans.
14. Verify that safety data sheets are available for all the products used.
15. Delivery and control of the PPE supplied to the personnel.
