**Demand Planner**

Demand Planners play a key role in forecasting, analyzing market trends, and developing demand plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.

**_ Responsibilities:_**

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
Typically 3-5 years work experience in business, supply chain management, operations, finance, or related functional area. University degree (B.A./B.S.) or demonstrable equivalent.

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain related roles.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and demand planning software (e.g. SAP)
- Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
