**About the role**

Supervises team of project engineers or supervisors of project technical employees, setting day-to-day goals and objectives. Responsible for modifying project plans and schedules as needed to meet targets and milestones.

**Role Responsibilities**

  • Project Management_
  • Define project scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and track schedules (Gantt charts, milestones).
  • Manage project budgets (CAPEX / OPEX).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination_
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and HR to align resources and priorities.
  • Facilitate regular progress meetings and issue resolution.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI/NPD)_
  • Coordinate process validation runs (PPAP, run-at-rate, FAI).
  • Ensure design for manufacturability and tool availability.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and advanced Excel.
  • Advanced conversational English.

**Skills**

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
