**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Bilingual 70 - 80 %
- 2 or 3 years of experience as a Computer Technician.
- Responsible to keep all computer equipment and printing devices functional.
- Responsible to keep up to date computer equipment inventory.
- Responsible for Maintain and keep up to date phone system.
- Responsible for keep up to date mobile devices inventory
- Ability to maintain and update Active Director user accounts, distribution lists and security groups.
- Ability to maintain network folders secure by defining proper folder security, must be able to understand security concepts.
- Ability to install / use software (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Image Software, Antivirus Software)
- Ability to install computer hardware (NIC Cards, Replace HDD, Memory, etc)
- Ability to install and troubleshoot network, shared printers and local printers.
- Ability to install / crimp LAN components (RJ45 Jacks, RJ45 connectors, Patch Panel)
- Ability to troubleshooting PC and Operating System.
- Ability to introduce new system concepts and train end-users in a corporate environment on their usage
