Estamos buscando un o una Compliance Officer, para trabajar de manera híbrida en Cumplo México siendo parte del área de Finance.

¿Qué tendrías que hacer?
- Supervisar y gestionar las actividades relacionadas con PLD/FT y compliance para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas aplicables a una SOFOM ENR.
- Monitorear, analizar y gestionar alertas generadas por sistemas automatizados para identificar operaciones inusuales o relevantes.
- Coordinar la atención a los requerimientos regulatorios y la comunicación con autoridades como CNBV y CONDUSEF.
- Desarrollar y liderar programas de capacitación anuales en materia de PLD/FT.
- Elaborar e implementar planes de acción derivados de auditorías y revisiones regulatorias.

¿Qué requisitos son necesarios?
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en roles relacionados con PLD/FT y Compliance, preferentemente en una SOFOM ENR.
- Deseable contar con certificación ante la CNBV (no excluyente).
- Manejo de plataformas como SITI PLD y sistemas de monitoreo automatizados
- Conocimiento de regulaciones aplicables a SOFOM ENR y sus obligaciones.
- Normativa de la LFPIORPI y Disposiciones de Carácter General para SOFOM ENR.
- Ley General de Organizaciones y Actividades Auxiliares del Crédito, así como el resto de las leyes aplicables.
