**Remote Project Manager (Multifamily Renovation)**We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience in multifamily renovations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can meet tight deadlines, and is eager to grow with us. Experience in apartment upgrades is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee subcontractors across multiple job sites, ensuring quality control, timely inspections, and adherence to schedules.
- Assist with material procurement, inventory management, and coordinating project schedules.
- Manage and coordinate the inspection process with relevant building departments.
- Provide regular project reports and updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with property management teams, presenting project goals and updates to senior management and owners.
- Track project timelines, due diligence processes, scheduling, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
- Complete punch lists and other tasks as assigned by the manager.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of construction management experience, specifically in multifamily construction and renovations.
- A strong network of subcontractors in the industry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in the multifamily construction sector.
- Exceptional project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Smartsheet, and Adobe.
- Will be working for EST time zone
Pay: From $20,000.00 per month
