Actividades principales
- Responsable de liderar la estrategia de desarrollo de categorías en clientes del canal moderno, con foco en rentabilidad, surtido, espacio en anaquel (frío y caliente), exhibición adicional y crecimiento conjunto proveedor-cliente.
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de categoría (surtido, planograma, exhibición), basadas en datos de mercado y shopper, negociando directamente con retailers para asegurar la capitanía y la implementación de planes comerciales efectivos.
- Presentar insights y recomendaciones a los clientes para mejorar el rendimiento de la categoría

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciado en Mercadotecnia, Administración, estudios en Shopper Insights/Marketing, Business Intelligent, Conocimiento Industria CPG (Consumer Package Goods)
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência como Category Manager
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Softwares: NielsenIQ, Kantar, Excel avanzado, Power BI, SAP
