As a JR SPECIFICATION MANAGER, you will promote and ensure sales by specifying commercial and industrial systems in strategic and projects for the B2B market, using all PPG products and offering the company's specialized services as added customer value

**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimally attend projects with complementary teams by conducting technical tours and technical visits to the assigned segment or specialty to detect the performance and functionality needs required and offer solution alternatives with the use of the portfolio and the specification systems recommended.
- Committed to ensure that the intended measures and results are met, as well as customer happiness with suggestions for improvement by leading all aspects and monitoring field tests and technical advice for conviction of the client.
- Timely detail and improve specific needs of each account, promoting product lines, grounding concepts, and exemplifying them
- Dedicated to PPG Comex in market segments that serve as a basis to drive sales through the B2B strategy
- Efficiently maintain adherence to registration processes and document generation focused on Quality, design standards and digitization (Sales Force).
- Own the specification of coating systems based on the status of the project in question, process needs or similar coating systems

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering or Architecture
- +2 years of experience confirmed in role´s activities mentioned above
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and proficient user of Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
- Commercial skills, sales, problem solving, passionate for customer orientation, innovation, collaboration, adaptability, and strong communication
