As we continue to grow, we are looking for **bilingual professionals** to join our **remote sales team** in roles such as **call center representatives**, **appointment setters**, and **solar sales consultants**. We are specifically seeking individuals with experience in **cold calling**, **outbound sales**, or **lead generation**, particularly from industries like **real estate, roofing, home improvement**, or **solar energy**.
**Important**: CVs must be submitted in **English** to be considered.
**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Initiate **cold calls** to homeowners to introduce the benefits of switching to solar.
- Schedule **qualified consultations** with our expert solar advisors.
- Maintain a high **call volume** while meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets.
- Overcome objections, build rapport, and clearly communicate the value of solar energy.
- Collaborate with closers to ensure smooth transitions and maintain customer satisfaction.
**What We Offer**
**Compensation & Incentives**:
- **Base salary**: $800 USD per month
- **Commission**: $100 USD per completed installation
- Weekly pay schedule
- Top agents consistently close **5-10 installations per month**

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in **cold calling**, **call center sales**, **telemarketing**, or **appointment setting**:
- Fluent in **English** (Spanish is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, competitive, and capable of thriving in a **remote, fast-paced sales environment**:
- Reliable **work-from-home setup**: computer, high-speed internet, and a quality headset

- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
