The Experience Architect is responsible for ensuring that the entire emotional and sensory journey of our guests—from arrival to farewell—is curated with intention, reverence, and precision. This is not a logístical or operational role—it is a healing role. It is the human embodiment of the Beond brand, delivered through moments, language, space, and presence.

**Purpose of the Role**

To architect and deliver emotionally resonant, therapeutically aligned, and meticulously branded experiences that activate the inner healer in each guest and foster a shared environment of safety, celebration, reflection, and transformation.

The Experience Architect is accountable for understanding the deeper purpose of every moment in the guest journey—and for delivering those moments with consistency, creativity, and profound emotional intelligence.

**Integration with Clinical Care**

While the Experience Architect is not a clinician, their role is deeply therapeutic. They complement

clinical care by:

- Supporting emotional regulation through environment and rhythm
- Fostering a sense of belonging, celebration, and self-worth
- Identifying early signs of emotional withdrawal or dysregulation
- Providing a safe and non-judgmental relational anchor throughout the journey

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Client Schedules**: Design, update, and oversee daily and weekly schedules, menus, and meditations on Slack, TV displays, and Activity Boards, adjusting as needed to ensure smooth coordination across departments. Act as a bridge between clinical, hospitality, and other teams to deliver cohesive client care.
- **Atmosphere Maintenance**: Create and sustain an optimal wellness ambiance, including lighting, sound, aroma, incense, and the organization of book displays and workspaces. Promote eco-friendly and sustainable practices in operations, such as reducing waste and sourcing sustainable supplies.
- **Client Interaction and Support**: Lead Gratitude Circle sessions, track attendance, and regularly engage with clients to advocate for their needs and enrich their experience. Provide emotional grounding by fostering trust and connection, encouraging self-expression, and helping clients navigate their transformative journeys with personalized care.
- **Emotional Support and Trauma-Informed Care**: Support guests in overcoming isolation, enhancing self-worth and self-love, and nurturing their journey through trauma-informed practices. Maintain clear communication with the clinical team to address sensitivities and special needs.
- **Fostering Connection and Inclusivity**: Facilitate moments of solidarity among guests, promoting deeper connections within themselves, the team, and the Beond community. Ensure all activities and content respect diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and understanding environment.
- **Activity Innovation and Special Events**: Research, design, and execute new activities and workshops that align with Beond's mission and emerging wellness trends. Plan and oversee special events, celebrations, and thematic activities to enhance the client experience.
- **Feedback Collection and Implementation**: Regularly collect and document feedback from clients and staff to evaluate and improve services. Collaborate with the team to implement meaningful changes based on feedback.
- **Tracking and Reporting**: Maintain trackers for activities such as Aqua Relax sessions and other offerings, ensuring accurate data is submitted in reports for review.
- **Vendor and Supply Management**: Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and maintain adequate inventory for client activities and materials, including sustainable sourcing where possible.
- **Client Management and Onboarding**: Oversee new client arrivals, review clinical rounds, and ensure all pre-admission notes and intake materials are ready. Personalize client care by addressing special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Documentation and Materials Management**: Develop, update, and organize formats, reading materials, and other documentation to support Client Experience. Maintain a digital repository of resources for easy team access.
- **Special Client Requests and Crisis Management**: Respond promptly to special requests, providing professional and compassionate care. Be prepared to manage emotional crises or challenging situations, ensuring clients receive appropriate support or clinical intervention when necessary.
