We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Mainframe Developer**
- Tops Skills:_
- 4+ years of hands-on working experience
- Strong experience working with COBOL, JCL y DB2
- **Excellent English language proficiency**
- Responsibilities:_
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and efficient mainframe solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all mainframe systems and processes.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the mainframe technology stack.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all technical solutions.
