**Sales Specialist - Tijuana**:

You will be accountable for sales of electrical products in the Electrification Business in Mexico, driving sales volumes and margins. In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

**This position reports to**:
Channel Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

**Your background**:

- +5 years of experience in sales.
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Sound knowledge of medium and low voltage products and the electrification market.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (is an advantage).
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Sales experience in Tijuana.
- Experience with Switchboard and Switchgear.
- Advanced English.
