As a Podcast Editor, you will be responsible for editing and mixing podcast episodes to ensure the highest quality of audio content. You will work closely with our production team to create engaging and compelling content for our listeners. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all episodes are edited and mixed in a timely manner to meet our production schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw audio files to create high-quality podcasts that meet the clients' needs.
- Work closely with clients and their teams to develop content that aligns with their marketing and branding strategies.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain an organized library of assets and resources, including music, sound effects, and voiceover talent.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniques to consistently improve and elevate the quality of our work.
- Continuously assess and optimize the production process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Podcast Editor, Audio Engineer, or similar role with a portfolio of exceptional work.
- In-depth knowledge of audio production tools and software such as Adobe Audition, Descript, Audacity, etc.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality work.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the role that audio can play in creating engaging content.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
