PROGRAM MANAGER

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en ingeniería, negocios o campo relacionado (se prefiere Maestría).
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência como Program Maneger, liderando proyectos o programas en una organización estructurada.
- Comprensión del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de productos, desde la concepción de la idea hasta la comercialización.
- Buenas habilidades en gestión de proyectos, se prefiere certificación PMP.Dominio de herramientas y software de gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de interactuar e influir efectivamente con los interesados a todos los níveles.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo e influencia, con la capacidad de motivar y guiar equipos multifuncionales hacia un objetivo común.
- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones, con una mentalidad proactiva y orientada a soluciones.
- Experiência trabajando con el método Ágil.
- Inglés Avanzado
