The Affinity Senior Associate will assist Mexico’ Affinity Business Head to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives. The Senior Associate will be responsible for the development of new business and profitable growth of the line of business. Maintain and retain tha actual process and the possibility to improve it (Farming).

**The Role**
- Attract and manage relationships with prospects and customers
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around Affinity Services.
- Create world-class proposals and business cases.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and gauge fit with the Affinity Services product set.
- Execute business plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives.
- Expand our client base in Mexico.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Affinity products and solutions as well as competitors’ offerings
- Stay up-to-date with our customers’ industries and businesses to understand the customer’ environment and challenges, both present and future, and use the information to develop opportunities and value to the customer

**The Requirements**
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Experience in distribution channels and insurance mass sales techniques.
- High focus on hunting
- Knowledge of B2B and B2B2C business models.
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Must enjoy networking and speaking with people face to face
- Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships
- Relevant professional experience within the insurance industry
- Understanding of the insurance market dynamics within Latin America.
