- Performs personnel hiring and contract updating.
- Responsible for the induction of benefits to new personnel.
- Perform the capture, review and closing of incidents in payroll administration systems.
- Perform payroll and its respective validations, deliver the necessary documentation for bank dispersion.
- Sending and administration of the movements of high, low and salary modifications in IMSS (IDSE).
- Prepare budget of salaries, benefits and compensations for the fiscal year.
- Administer compensation and benefits.
- Perform market analysis of salaries, wages and benefits of personnel.
- Manage personnel salary tabulator.
- Provide information to Finance and suppliers for the Actuarial Analysis that refers to the cost of each of the people working at EMERSON in case of contingency (Labor Liability).
- Maintain wage and salary survey information.
- Calculate, request and administer food vouchers, gasoline, attendance bonus, savings fund, etc.
- To elaborate the calculation of terminations and to carry out the process of termination of personnel, exit interview, as well as the preservation of termination files.
- Perform administrative reports inherent to the area, internal and corporate monthly and quarterly.
- Make payments to Human Resources suppliers such as the union, and general services such as transportation, canteen, stationery, etc.
- Elaboration of letters and certificates required by the personnel.
