**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**:

- Design and develop communication programs in collaboration with data management leaders
- Design and prepare educational materials
- Map and design data management processes for all domains
- Create training manuals and/or videos for all data users, including all tracks (materials, customers, vendors, and prices) and LatAm DBS areas.

Qualifications:
**What are we looking for?**
- Business process knowledge for each data domain.
- Microsoft Power Point, Visio, and Word skills.
- Storytelling with Data to integrate data & information in progressive didactic and coherent resources to easy its comprehension and analysis.
- Structure thinking.
- Ability to adapt changes quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively.
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
- Experience with e-learning platforms.
- Rise Tool.
- Strong communication skills.
