**About the Position**

We are seeking a dedicated **Senior UX Designer and Researcher** who is interested in joining a highly dynamic and intellectually inspiring Product Development team. Verato’s SaaS software offering is a healthcare-specific Master Data Management (hMDM) platform that provides our customers with a complete and trusted 360-degree view of their patients, consumers, and providers.

This position will be a key partner to the Product Development Team and work cross functionally with the Verato stakeholders. This position reports to the **VP of Product Platform.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for and effectively advocate for users and partners in a fast-paced environment with multiple business priorities
- Measure effectiveness of the user and partner experience by defining research protocols, relevant metrics and establishing cadence to review
- Be an agent of change on a team committed to achieving user-focused, mission-driven excellence.
- You will have a precise focus on proactively protecting the privacy and security of all systems while always ensuring you are following documented policies and procedures.
- Scaling and shaping the UX research function
- Expertise in conducting end-to-end user research studies; planning, recruitment, execution, analysis and delivery

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of relevant experience designing best in class user experiences
- Experience balancing product, development, and user-centered goals to help shape overall product strategy.
- Fluency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD etc.
- Experience working on a product from inception to shipment.
- Analytic, process-oriented mindset, with a collaborative approach to interacting with other teams
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen, empathize, navigate, and mediate conflict and foster partnership
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Understanding of customer experience principles and experience with journey mapping
- Ideally, experience in healthcare
