**Senior AI Engineer - Telecom & Cloud (Oracle)**:
We’re seeking a **proactive and results-oriented Senior AI Engineer** to join our telecoms and cloud team. This role focuses on **designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions** that optimize telecom operations, customer experience, and business processes. You will play a key role in **guiding architecture, hands-on development, and integration of AI models** into production systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards and best practices.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Define and design **scalable AI/ML architectures** using cloud-native and open-source tools.
- Lead **end-to-end AI solution design**: from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Build and optimize **ML pipelines and CI/CD workflows** to accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and telecom SMEs to **integrate AI models** into OSS/BSS and other systems.
- Leverage **Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)** AI services (Data Science, Language, Vision, Generative AI).
- Ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of deployed AI/ML solutions.
- Act as **technical mentor and reference** for the AI engineering team.
- Participate in **client workshops and technical discussions**, ensuring solutions align with business needs.

***What We’re Looking For**:
- **5+ years of experience** in AI/ML projects with real-world deployments.
- Strong coding skills in **Python** (plus: Java, Scala, or Go).
- Experience with **cloud platforms** (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools (**MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC**).
- Experience integrating AI/ML models with **real-time or batch data** (Kafka, Spark, APIs).
- Strong knowledge of **MLOps practices**: CI/CD, containers, monitoring.
- Experience in **telecom, networking, or large-scale data systems** is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into **structured, executable solutions**.
- Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field**.
