**Job Description Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated professional responsible for managing report facilitation, transaction processing, order creation, and quote generation while addressing related issues across sales regions, including the USA and LATAM. The role involves supporting domestic team activities and metrics, participating in lean projects to enhance global entry operations, and entering quotes/orders into Oracle/SAP-based Parts ERP systems. Additionally, the position requires sending initial customer quote and order acknowledgments, supporting both external and internal customers, and adhering to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols. Compliance with EHS rules, participation in mandatory EHS training, and immediate incident reporting are essential duties.

**Role/Overall objectives**

Responsible for facilitating reports creating transactions orders, quotes and resolving all related problems for different sales regions USA & LATAM).

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support Domestic team entry activities and metrics.
- Engage in lean projects to support the Global Entry side.
- Enter Quotes/Orders into Oracle/SAP based Parts ERP System.
- Send out initial customer quote and order acknowledgements.
- Support both external and internal customers.
- Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules, execute mandatory EHS trainings and immediately report the incidents and near misses as required.

**Required Qualifications**
- Current studying a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Administration, or a technical engineering.
- This role requires basic experience in Macros, Excel and Reporting.
- Intermediate - Advanced English proficiency required.

- Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions, and meet deadlines.
