**Responsabilidades**:
Análisis y solución de fallas a través de Emergency Work Order(EWO) con apoyo de técnico especialista.

Seguimiento y ejecución de actividades referentes a PM (Professional Maintenance)

Llevar a cabo mantenimientos preventivos en equipos con apoyo de técnico de categoría superior.

Apoyo en capacitación y aprendizaje de las categorías C

Generar e implementar ideas de mejora.

Llevar a cabo los check list de inspección de los diferentes equipos de su área

Llevar a cabo los check list de arranque de los diferentes equipos de su área

Llevar a cabo reparaciones mayores y diagnósticos de falla en sistemas hidraulicos, eléctricos, neumáticos, mecánicos y dispositivos de seguridad de equipos de su área de responsabilidad con apoyo de técnico de categoría superior.

Conocer modo de operación y ajustes de los equipos de su área de responsabilidad.

Pruebas de arranque y liberación de equipos después de paros programados.

**Obligaciones**:

- Paro de linea en caso de detectar condiciones que pongan en riesgo la seguridad de la persona o las instalaciones de la planta
- Paro del proceso cuando se detecte que se puede poner en riesgo la seguridad mayor una persona o equipo, si se sigue operando en condiciones inadecuadas.
- Toma de decisiones
- Apoyo y seguimiento a proyectos de reduccion de energia.
