Data Analyst/solutions Analyst

**Location: México City**

As a solution analyst you will support the governance and help track the programme performance, monitoring the adoption of new tools, mapping interdependence across workstreams, and identifying areas for further enhancement; responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes and drive business improvements to Operationalize Solutions at Ingredion.

Your role will be:
**Programme Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor and track performance against the Solutions KPIs.
- Oversee project governance to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
- Report on early deviation form set KPI to allow fast course correction.

**Data Collection and Analysis of Systems integration**:

- Gather data from INGR existing and new databases and systems (e.g. SAP, IPA, Salesforce, i360, etc)
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Support DTS through providing data sources to be integrated and review analytics after connection

**Tools Adoption Monitoring**:

- Track the adoption and utilization of the new tools developed as part of the programme, such as the Digital Brief, the Cost in use calculator, etc.
- Monitor usage of Playbook and Guardrails issued across the Solutions workstreams (e.g. Formulation Expertise, Operations guardrails, etc.)
- Analyze feedback and usage data to assess the effectiveness of these tools.
- Provide recommendations for improving tool adoption and functionality.

**Interdependency Mapping and Analytics**:

- Map interdependencies across different workstreams to identify potential overlaps, risks and synergies.
- Conduct detailed analytics to understand the impact of these interdependencies on overall programme performance. Develop visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively.

**Process Improvement Enhancement Identification**:

- Identify areas within programme, workstreams and tools implemented that require further enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement strategies.
- Monitor the impact of enhancements and adjust strategies as needed.

**Reporting**:
- Develop and maintain regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present findings to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively.

**Project Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of projects and tasks.
- Provide analytical support for project teams.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones.

**Your profile needs this quialifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power Bi, Salesforce, PM suite).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional, remote team.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
