Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Asegurar que los contratos TWA estén configurados apropiadamente en SAP para asegurar el Reconocimiento de Ingresos reuniendo todas las pruebas de entrega (POD rule)
- Proporcionar explicaciones sobre los balances de Ingresos Diferidos e Ingresos No Facturados como resultado de los contratos TWA en el Balance General y resolver la discrepancia en SAP
- Validar en SAP la precisión de los artículos y los precios para las órdenes de compra y la información fiscal para facturación y avisar al supervisor sobre las discrepancias en caso de ser necesario.
- Validar los requerimientos fiscales locales en la factura emitida, como el IVA, el código de condiciones de pago, el código de tipo de pago, la numeración aduanera de importación de artículos, etc.
- Asegurar el pleno cumplimiento de los controles internos de Waters y mantener la documentación adecuada y aprobaciones para auditorías internas y externas
- Aseguramiento activo del cumplimiento de los estándares de desempeño (KPIs).
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos corporativos, así como los aplicables a Waters S. A de C.V.
Qualifications:
- Experiência en:
- Microsoft Office, especialmente en Excel
- SAP: SD and WM module
- CRM y herramienta de Salesforce
- Entendimiento del cumplimiento de impuestos locales relacionados con la emisión de facturas
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Habilidades organizacionales y de manejo de tiempo
- Atención a los detalles
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente y cumplir fechas límite estrictas
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo
- Inglés intermedio
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en Atención al Cliente, Órdenes de Entrada, (Facturación), Administración
