**Job Description Summary**:
Determine and minimize the company's worldwide tax liability with the highest integrity while complying with worldwide tax laws. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.

Essential Responsibilities
- Handles all wing-to-wing tax reporting and tax accounting processes including forecasting, tax provision, compliance and settlement.
- Assist in the analysis of tax documents for accuracy using thorough and in-depth knowledge of tax regulations.
- Forecast cash tax payments by legal entity
- Account for Uncertain Tax Positions by legal entity
- Prepare Return to Accrual by division & tax account reconciliations in ARM
- Account for Return to Accrual ensuring income tax accounts are in local currency
- Prepare relevant milestones for tax compliance
- Partner with accounting operations to analyze LE results for US GAAP & STAT
- Partner with transfer pricing to ensure local requirements are met & documented
- Maintain B/S flux for tax accounts
- Ensure the adequacy of the business' tax reporting processes by evaluating relevant policies and procedures for efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate with finance and business operations personnel to resolve any problems.
- Develop and manage good relationships with the auditors of the companiesQualifications/Requirements
- BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.Minimum 3years of tax or finance experience role preferably at a big four or international big four auditors firm.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the country tax system including the local documentation and filing requirements.
- Experience of audit & tax process, ability to work with external auditorsand tax advisors.
- Strong knowledge of tax Compliance issues, including all regulatory compliance environment.
- Strong knowledge of Deferred taxes US & MX GAAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills / bilingual (English/Spanish).Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), Oracle & SAP.
