We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced Recruiter to our HR Department located in our office at Queretaro.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead recruitment, selection, and retention activities
- Propose and execute human resources programs and services focusing on recruitment and retention
- Provide communication and training to both management and staff concerning recruitment, selection, and retention initiatives
- Offer guidance and counsel to both management and staff regarding recruitment and selection matters
- Assist the management team in workforce planning and related staffing requirements Establish and uphold policies and procedures for recruitment and selection in compliance with employment laws

**Other HR Support Activities**:

- Engage in and support Human Resources projects
- Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on best practices, human rights laws, and other related regulations in recruitment and selection
- Participate in Career and Job Fairs as well as recruitment initiatives
- Regularly review, maintain, and update job descriptions
- Conduct exit interviews and report trends to management
- Follow health and safety policies and practices established by Charger Logistics

**Requirements**:

- +4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with using tools of the trade: ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, sourcing tools, etc
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a technical field is preferred
- Advanced English skills
