We are looking for a Guest Services Manager

If you are passionate about customer service, with experience in hospitality and leadership, we want you to be part of our team at PVRPV

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the hospitality or tourism sector.

University degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Public Relations, or related fields.

Leadership skills.

Proven experience in managing guest relations, preferably in vacation rental companies or boutique hotels.

Knowledge of hotel management systems or property management platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking, etc.).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.

Familiarity with handling complaints and problem-solving in a customer service environment.

Ability to prepare reports and analysis related to guest satisfaction.

Advanced English (spoken and written) is essential.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively address guest complaints and requests.

Decision-making skills.

Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.

Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per service needs.

Results-oriented, focused on continuously improving the guest experience.

Schedule: Rotating, including weekends and holidays, as required by the service.
