**Responsibilities**:

- Handling of payroll for some LATAM subsidiaries (support with incidences preparation, communication with HR Team, Finance team and external agencies, re-check of calculated payroll, etc.)
- Analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems
- Dealing with external and internal audit requests
- Participating in regular improvement process activities with other teams, active analysis of areas of improvement and testing of new improvements
- Ad-hoc reports by request
- Saving Fund & Food coupons platforms administration
- Support to Benefits calculation
- Support to employees regarding their requests related to payroll calculations, benefits, and documentation
- Follow-up with the employees, HR Team and legal agency for termination processes
- Check supporting documentation for incidences processing

**Requirements**:

- High economic education (Finance/Accounting/Human Resources/Business Administration)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Payroll Specialist/Payroll
- Intermediate English level at least
- Excellent MS office skills, especially Excel
- High personal responsibility, attentiveness to details, ability to control and process information that comes from many different sources
