U18 Coach

**About Us**:
Tigres Football Academy is a football club based in Monterrey;
- Mexico. This club currently plays in 1st division and amateur leagues, our club is currently seeking a motivated and experienced youth coach that will train our U18 boys team.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As the Head Coach for the boys Under 18 team, you will independently manage both games and training sessions in accordance with the club's coaching guidelines. Additionally, you will assist in the training sessions of other teams as needed.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Leading and managing the U18 boys' team in all matches and training sessions.
2. Ensuring that training programs are aligned with the club's coaching philosophy.
3. Assisting other teams with their training sessions as required.
4. Providing guidance and support to players to aid their development.

**Requirements**:

- Previous coaching experience with youth teams.
- Strong understanding of football tactics and training methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good English language skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant coaching certifications are a plus.
