Staff Accountant

**Job Opportunity: Staff Accountant - Accounting Assistant**

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in accounting, in progress or incomplete (mandatory).
- Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (mandatory).
- Immediate availability (maximum 1 month).
- Fluent in English.
- Desirable experience of zero to one year in accounting.
- Strong skills in account reconciliation.

**Responsibilities**:In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Performing corporate accounting tasks.
- Calculating commissions and providing support in resolving accounting matters within the system.
- Preparing and recording accounting entries, including inventory reserves, intercompany charges, depreciations, and reclassifications.
- Managing accounts receivable reserves and capitalizing assets.
- Recording tax-related liabilities.
- Reconciling general ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy of accounting records.
- Meeting general departmental requirements.

**Position Details**:

- Mode: 100% on-site.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour for meals.
- Benefits: Statutory benefits.
- Contract Type: 4-month probationary contract.
- Location: Av. Periférico Sur, between López Mateos and Mariano Otero, Zapopan, Jalisco.
